PANDAS is an online educational subscription service that provides data-driven sports betting educational content, tools, and community access via Discord. PANDAS is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial advisor.

Most personal and payment data is handled directly by third-party platforms — primarily Whop Marketplace and Discord — not by us.

3.1 Information Collected Directly
When you visit pandabetpro.com, we collect:
- Usage analytics data (via PostHog) — including pages visited, session duration, clicks, and device/browser type. This data is aggregated and used to improve the website experience.
- Email addresses submitted via waitlist or notification signup forms on pandabetpro.com.
We do not collect your name, phone number, home address, identification documents, or payment details directly.
3.2 Information Collected via Third-Party Platforms
When you purchase a PANDAS subscription via Whop, Whop collects and stores:
- Name and email address
- Country or region
- Payment method details and transaction history
- Subscription status
When you join the PANDAS Discord server, Discord collects:
- Discord username and user ID
- Profile information and avatar
- IP address and device data
PANDAS does not control the data collected by Whop or Discord, and does not have access to full payment details.
3.3 Information We Can See
Through Whop and Discord, we can view limited information, including:
- Your Discord username and/or Discord ID
- Whether your subscription is active or expired
- Messages you send inside the PANDAS Discord server
This information is used only to manage access, moderate the community, and respond to support requests.

Information collected is used solely to:
- Operate and improve the pandabetpro.com website
- Manage and communicate about your waitlist or notification signup
- Grant or remove Discord access based on subscription status
- Moderate the PANDAS Discord community
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and investigate misuse, abuse, or fraud
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing to third parties.
05Analytics & Tracking
PANDAS uses PostHog for website analytics. PostHog collects anonymised usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with pandabetpro.com. No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics events without your explicit action (such as submitting an email address).
Third-party platforms including Whop and Discord may use cookies or local storage on their own platforms. This is governed by their respective privacy policies.
06Email Communications
If you submit your email address via a waitlist or notification form on pandabetpro.com, we may contact you with updates relevant to PANDAS products and launch announcements.
You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@pandabetpro.com or using any unsubscribe link included in our emails. We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
07Data Storage & Security
Email addresses collected via pandabetpro.com forms are stored securely in our database infrastructure hosted in Australia (ap-southeast-2 region).
All payment data and broader personal information is stored and secured by Whop Marketplace, Discord, and their integrated payment processors. These providers are responsible for their own security practices and compliance obligations.
We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@pandabetpro.com.
08Disclosure to Third Parties
PANDAS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.
09International Data Transfers
Whop, Discord, and payment processors may process data in countries outside Australia. Because PANDAS does not directly control this processing, any international transfers are governed by those platforms' own legal frameworks and privacy policies.
Email addresses collected directly by us are stored in Australia.
10Your Rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your email address from our waitlist or notification list
For information held by Whop or Discord, you must exercise your rights directly with those platforms.

11Age Restriction
PANDAS is intended only for individuals who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (18 years or over in Australia). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the legal age. If you believe an underage person has accessed PANDAS, contact support@pandabetpro.com.
