PANDAS is an online educational subscription service that provides members with access to data-driven sports betting educational content, tools, and community discussion via Discord. PANDAS is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, or financial advisor. We do not take bets, accept wagers, or hold any of your money. We provide educational information only.

All content provided by PANDAS is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing published by PANDAS constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or wager.

By purchasing a PANDAS subscription or accessing any PANDAS content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use the service.

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use PANDAS. In Australia this is 18 years or over. By accessing the service, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement that applies in your region.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of PANDAS complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. PANDAS is intended for use by Australian residents only. We do not knowingly allow access to users below the legal age and may remove access where this requirement is breached.

PANDAS provides members with educational content relating to sports betting concepts including, but not limited to:

• Expected value (+EV) betting concepts
• Arbitrage betting education
• Quantitative analysis and data-driven methodologies
• Tools including odds calculators, Kelly Criterion, and no-vig calculators
• AI-powered bet tracking functionality
• Community discussion and analysis via Discord

All content is strictly educational and informational in nature. PANDAS does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and does not provide financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Any examples, alerts, tools, or information shown by PANDAS are not instructions to place bets. They are educational illustrations only. You alone decide whether to act on any information provided, and you accept full responsibility for those decisions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Whether you place any bet
• How much you stake
• Which bookmakers or platforms you use
• Any and all financial outcomes that result

Information may be delayed, incomplete, or change rapidly due to market conditions. PANDAS makes no representation that any strategy, content, or information will result in profit. Betting involves inherent risk, no results are guaranteed, losses may occur, and past educational examples do not guarantee future outcomes.

PANDAS is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any bookmaker, wagering operator, or sportsbook. Any bookmaker names referenced are for educational and illustrative purposes only.

Because PANDAS provides immediate access to digital content upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use the service after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with educational content or outcomes
• Forgetting to cancel prior to a renewal date
• Losing bets or unmet personal expectations

Refunds or credits may be considered at PANDAS's sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Verified technical failures that prevented access for a significant and sustained period
• Circumstances required by applicable Australian consumer law

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

To request a refund review, contact support@pandabetpro.com with your Whop account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue.

Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your PANDAS access. We reserve the right to provide relevant access and transaction records to Whop and payment processors in response to chargeback claims.

By using PANDAS, you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any PANDAS content outside of the Discord community
• Screenshot, record, or copy educational content for commercial use
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour within the PANDAS Discord server
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription requirements
• Use PANDAS content in a manner that violates any applicable law

Account sharing: PANDAS access is for individual use only. Sharing your account, login credentials, or paid content with non-paying users is not permitted and may result in immediate removal without refund.

PANDAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in the event of a breach of these terms.

All content made available through PANDAS — including tools, calculators, analysis, written material, and Discord content — is the intellectual property of Wake Up Media Pty Ltd and is protected under applicable Australian copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PANDAS content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription period.

PANDAS is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PANDAS makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content.

PANDAS is an educational service only. Any decisions you make regarding betting or wagering are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wake Up Media Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of PANDAS, including any financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

PANDAS relies on third-party platforms including Whop Marketplace and Discord. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. PANDAS is not responsible for the availability, conduct, or policies of third-party platforms.

PANDAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via Discord or email where practicable.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PANDAS following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available at pandabetpro.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
